We all hear people saying that God told them this or that. How does He do that? Has He spoken to you? How did He do it? How do you know? Is there anyone willing to take on this thought?
Rather amateur answer here, but my thoughts are that God is present in my spirit. My spirit speaks to me through my conscience (my heart). Therefore, my emotions, my choices, my thoughts are supposed to be dictated through my conscience. If we know God on an intimate level, our spirit talks loud enough to us to overwhelm our conscience with God's words for us to hear and hopefully allow us to make correct judgements, decisions and to hear what God is saying to us.
